Chanel | Dreaming in Pink

Hi from Milan! 🙂 It is my first time in Milan and after a whole day of exploring I can say that I have totally fallen in love with this city. It has it all: wonderful architecture, great places to visit, amazing fashion, cozy and stylish restaurants and cafes … And the list goes on and on. 🙂

Here are some of the photos from my first day. Since it is scorching hot here I had to adjust my outfit to the weather so I opted for summer items that I actually didn’t get a chance to wear before since in Denmark it still feels like autumn. 😦 I was so glad to finally put to use these cool new gladiator sandals that also got a lot of praise throughout the day. 🙂

Enjoy and if you have never visited Milan before make sure to put it to your list of must see places. Now I am off to explore Expo. 🙂

P.S. A small tip, when in Milan make sure to climb to the top of the Rinascente for a spectacular view over the Duomo.

I still have some photos to share from our last trip to US. 🙂 This time it is all about one of the nicest sunsets at Santa Monica Pier. This was the first time we got around to visit this beautiful place. It was such a lovely, sunny day and we timed it perfectly quite by accident so we were able to enjoy the sunset.:) We ended the night at Ivy at the shore and it was such a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is decorated nicely with lots of flowers and the food is very tasty. The biggest surprise of the night was when they brought me a cake with fireworks for my birthday and also a box of chocolate chip cookies as a bday gift. It was so cute and they made me feel special. They def know how to take good care of their customers. 🙂
