Being a foodie I am always on a hunt for a new cool restaurants so when I got an email about WIP, which stands for Work in Progress, restaurant that just opened up in Copenhagen I was more than intrigued. I immediately knew I had to go so I booked a table hoping that the people I planned on inviting to join me will be just as interested as I was. Luckily I was right.:)
Restaurant WIP is one more restaurant run by a very famous chain Cofoco. All their restaurants are really good so I had very high hopes for this one as well. This restaurant is inspired by Spanish cuisine. For the next 100 days they will try 50 different dishes and base their final menu on the feedback they get from the customers.
The experience was amazing from the moment we entered. When we were seated we were told that we don’t need to worry about anything and try to decide what we would like to eat since the menu is already pre-decided which was very nice. The only thing we had to do was to sit and relax and enjoy 4 courses and 4 glasses of wine. Not bad. 🙂 There was also a bonus which was a starter and a glass of cava upon the arrival. At the end of night we got to choose our favorite dish. All three of us agreed that it was fish that was very unique in its flavor topped with a lemon foam.
This was the first time I got to try something like this and I highly recommend it. So if you are in Copenhagen and would like to try something new and have an amazing dining experience make sure to book a table at WIP. 🙂
Here are some photos of the food and the place that we probably make you book a table even more.:) Since it was raining I was so happy for being able to finally wear my new rain boots. I finally found a way to get excited every time it rains. It only required getting a perfect pair of rain boots who knew.:)
