Finally after many hours on the road we reached San Francisco. We were a bit tired but there was no time to rest. Since it was night, our first stop was one of the best cocktail places in the city that you need a pass code to enter as the place is inspired by the prohibition period when drinking wasn’t allowed. Strange times indeed. 🙂

The next morning it was time to do a bit of sightseeing. Our visit started by the ride on the tram on the hilly streets of San Francisco. If not for anything else it was worth driving all the way to San Francisco to experience this. I forgot all about being tired and sleep-deprived the moment I climbed this vehicle of fun. I loved the fact that you can hang on the sides. It def enhanced the experience.

We spent most of our day at Pier 39. It is a very fun place with a lot of cafes, restaurants and sea-lions. It was so fun to see them sun-bathe. Some of them were even striking a pose. 🙂

Here are some photos from our first day in San Francisco.

Enjoy!
