Even though I love living in Copenhagen, travelling around the world and experiencing new places, there is a city that has a special place in my heart. That city is Belgrade. 🙂 It is the city where I come from, where I grew up, and where all my family and my childhood friends are. There are many memories, many special places… It is always a city that I love going back to and every time I’m so amazed by how fast it changes 🙂

Every time I go there I simply can’t wait to spend long nights chatting with my sis, sleep in my childhood fave Minnie Mouse bed linen and go out with my friends to some place we love.

I was there few weeks ago and I tried to capture some of my fave places to share it with you, such as rafts on the river – which I’m sure is the one of the best inventions when it comes to cafes, bars and clubs. It is so cozy and relaxing to spend a day there. And the Kalmegdan fortress. The central piece of Belgrade.

P.S. I had to post a photo of my ab fave Serbian dish that I crave everytime I’m home. It is named after a man who was ruling Serbia back in the days,  and if ever in Serbia you should make sure to try it. 🙂
