Everytime I’m in St.Tropez, one of the days is booked for Le Club 55. A beach club that breathes simple elegance and that is not to be missed if you are in this part of Europe. The place that made St.Tropez famous back in the days def speaks for itself and I hope I managed to capture it in my photos. Its fame originates from the days when the movie “And God Created Woman” with Brigitte Bardot was being filmed, in 1956.  The director of the movie, Roger Vadim, asked the owners of a cabanna on the beach if they would cater for the crew working on the movie set and that is how Le Club 55 was created. The landmark of Saint Tropez. This was one very relaxing day at the beach, followed by a very tasty meal at their restaurant. Their sea-bass is super delicious. 🙂

P.S. The whole menu was in french, which came as a surprise given how many foreign visitors there is. For a moment I was totally lost, since French is not one of my strong suits, but the staff luckily speaks English and they were extremely helpful. 🙂
