Noma has been voted the world’s best restaurant three times in a row and after visiting it I can just say they totally deserved it. When I went there I expected a very uptight atmosphere but I was surprised by how nice and relaxed it was. The interesting thing about this restaurant is that there are almost as many chefs as guests. The chefs are very passionate about their creations and it really shows as they explain in details how each dish was made. The menu is seasonal and inspired by Nordic cuisine.
The menu consisted of 21 small dishes but I chose to show you photos of the ones which were the most interesting for me. And almost everything that you see on the photos is edible 🙂
So, if you are ever visiting Copenhagen and are also into very unique food experience, try booking a table.
Enjoy 🙂
Fun pictures! I’ve been wanting to go there for a while, but it just hasn’t been in the cards yet. What was the dish with the moss and stick? Looks very curious!
Thanks ❤ It is some kinda bread which is made to look like a stick. Very tasty 🙂
