In our second week, we went north in order to enjoy some warm and more tropical weather (yeah that is right, at this part of the world going north means warmer). We visited Gold Coast, which is something similar to Miami on this hemisphere. There are many theme-parks, wildlife sanctuaries, and many different tours and things that you can do. We chose to visit a wildlife sanctuary, and also take a tour in a rainforest, which made me very thankful to be living in a part of the world where ants aren’t dangerous 🙂 Visiting rainforest was def one of the most adventurous things I’ve ever done, since among other things we almost ran over a python crossing the street 🙂

We finished our visit to this exquisite continent by visiting the biggest harbour at the southern hemisphere, trying the cocktails at the Versace hotel and going on a club crawl. If you ever happen to be in this part of the world, you have to do the club crawl; it is def the BEST.

P.S: If you are ever in situation to hold a koala bear, make sure it is a female 😉
